Soul of a Lion is the crown jewel of Daou and is a blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It is distinctly aromatic with scents of forest floor, black tea, cassis, dark chocolate and dried flowers. On the palate it is all class with a silken mouthfeel and multidimensional complexion.
