A Rosé produced from Merlot grapes is born, vinified in white, with a curious mystical blend. It thus shows itself in a bright soft pink color with orange hues. 
On the nose, it is a very fruity wine with hints of strawberry, plum and raspberry, with floral aromas and pink pepper. Tasting it has a splendid harmony of perception between sweetness and acidity, thus making it a fantastic wine for aperitifs or more particular dishes such as risotto with fruit.
