The consumption of raw or undercooked meats, poultry, shellfish, crustaceans, or dairy may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. A tip of 18% to 20% of the customer's check amount is customary when providing service. An 18% gratuity will be included for groups of six (6) or more. A 20% tip will be included for groups of ten (10) or more. The payment of this gratitude is subject to your complete discretion and may be increased, decreased or removed entirely.
